Winnovators learning Platform
The WINnovators Interactive Working Space is a dynamic platform designed to foster interactive learning and collaboration among HEI students, educators, and young women at risk of marginalization from rural areas. Rooted in the consortium’s needs analysis, it addresses a critical gap in current educational settings by providing user-friendly tools for co-creation and competence development. Through gamified, portfolio-based environments, users engage in blended formal-informal training, exploring STEM/STEAM, entrepreneurship, and sustainability. This innovative space not only enhances motivation and teamwork but also facilitates cross-sector collaboration, ensuring sustainable impact and transferability across diverse learning contexts and communities.
